My studies in health care began in 1987 when I commenced Nursing, working both in Paediatric and Adult Nursing.

Paediatric Nursing showed me how the body can heal when there is no emotional attachment to a Diagnosis. Children do not know how a person with illness is meant to behave. They go with how they are feeling and look forward to the things in life that make them happy.

Thus began my journey into Natural Medicine, studying Naturopathy, Nutrition, Western Herbal Medicine, Functional Medicine, Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy and Massage.

The focus of my Naturopathic practice is illness prevention and health promotion, endeavouring to find out why things are happening in your body and why your health may be compromised. I then spend time researching and designing a health care plan that is specific for your unique genetic profile, body type and health care needs.

Offering the most up to date Naturopathic care and the use of state of the art diagnostic equipment and techniques, I use traditional Naturopathic Medicine in combination with Bioimpedance Analysis, DNA Profiling, Functional Medicine.

I have a keen interest in all things related to health and am passionate about Natural Medicine. I regularly attend Natural Medicine conferences and seminars to keep up to date with the latest cutting edge research and information.
